Typical interview questions
You will be asked anywhere between 15 to 25 questions.
The majority of these questions will be of a situational nature.
e.g. Give me an example of when you had conflict with a peer and how was it resolved?
Every question is “loaded”, meaning that there is an expectation about an acceptable answer.
Some of the questions you may well be asked are:
• Tell us about yourself.
• What do you know about our company?
• Why do you want to work for this company?
• What did/did you not enjoy about your previous position?
• What motivates you?
• Do you want to study further?
• Are you organized?
All these questions sound easy and innocent but in fact require a far more detailed answer than one would expect.
